The Senior ERP Executive (IFS ERP) will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and optimization of the IFS ERP system across the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems, particularly IFS, and the ability to collaborate with various departments to ensure the system meets business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- ERP Management:
- Lead the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the IFS ERP system.
- Ensure the system is optimized to support business processes, including finance, supply chain, manufacturing, HR, and project management.
- Implementation & Upgrades:
- Manage the implementation of new modules, updates, and system upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and execute implementation plans.
- User Support & Training:
- Provide support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve system-related problems promptly.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure users are proficient with the IFS ERP system.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the ERP system.
- Work closely with department heads to streamline operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Data Management & Reporting:
- Oversee data integrity, security, and compliance within the ERP system.
- Develop and generate reports to provide insights and support decision-making across the organization.
- Vendor Management:
- Liaise with the IFS ERP vendor and other third-party service providers to manage system support, enhancements, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Project Management:
- Lead and manage ERP-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders, manage resources, and monitor project progress.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ERP systems, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience with IFS ERP.
- Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and project management.
- Proven experience in ERP implementation, system upgrades, and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Certification in IFS ERP is a plus.
